But trust me, it is not worth buying cheap lower-end PC parts. Been there, done that myself. Learned a lesson. Spend more money, better quality, lesser problems.

Ya either Zotac Zbox ID18 or ECS NM70-I2 with Inwin ITX case+ PSU both is around $200. Both run ULV Celerons, which is a step up from Atom but still nowhere near normal desktop Celeron performance.
