ITX Gaming Rig

Hi all,
Current rig still running fine with some upgrades (gpu, ssd) along the way,
though less than optimal for gaming. Just that I am going to pass current rig to my sister, so looking to build a new one.
Last time I've build my current rig, end 2013, I've had a lot of help from fellow forum-ers here.

Still looking for ITX build.

Usage:
- Gaming. Mainly Blade and Soul.
Especially the 12, 30 man raids. FPS can drop to 10 or lower sometimes when there's a lot going on the screen.
Hope to be able to have smooth game flow, without hiding fellow players and lowering the quality of the game without being choppy. Current rig, I believe CPU to be the bottleneck. And of course, sometimes I open one more copy of the game for concurrent playing of 2 characters.
- Streaming. Twitch, or similar. Using OBS studio. Again cpu to be bottleneck with current rig.
On my current rig, for my 12-man raid, it's super duper choppy on 3/5 setting with all optimization turned on. (less visual effects). Add on twitch, and it's like watching stop-motion video sometimes.
- Adobe Premiere. Do some video editing at times.

Current monitor: QNIX 27" 1440p monitor.

I prefer to future proof the rig.

Have my eye on Silverstone RVZ03 ITX case. Though unsure if how's the fitting? Any other recommendation will be great.
I've quite out of touch with current hardware offerings and updates already. So will appreciate any help.

Require recommendations for CPU/Mobo, RAM, SSD (m.2?), GPU, PSU.
Graphic card: 1070Ti
SSD: m.2, any noticeable difference between 850 vs 960 for Samsung?

Don't need keyboard/mouse/monitor/OS
Budget about $2k+.

Intending to get the entire rig from 1 place.
Confirm is going to buy (and build) by end of this month.
Appreciate any help!

My current rig is using GTX970 Gaming GPU currently, I'm thinking should I just reuse this?

970 won't give you good frames at 1440p. Need 1070 at least.

2K I think you can include GPU though to utilize your monitor specs and just leave the 970 for your sister.

P/S Why you not keen in mATX or ATX ?

Placing it on my table so prefer to be smaller.
Can accept mATX if the case is chio and footprint not that big la.
I'm not really into those see-thru bling bling LED-lit cases too.
Also big cases are really heavy.

i'm using the NZXT Manta. i put it on my table as well, although the footprint is a little bigger than typical itx cases.. but thing is, it has good airflow and easy to upgrade components in future

Fractal design nano s also not bad.

Really small yet can pack alot of things inside.
Downside is thermal throttle for gpu because so near to power supply.

My rig with all the all in one water cooling.

Looks rather big. As compared to the Ncase M1 or Dan A4...

Lol Yea it's borderline between itx to mini itx.

But it's capable to go the water cooling route plus still able to squeeze in my 1080ti.

for the Silverstone one, its looks similar to the Silverstone RVZ03 I saw.

The RVZ02 is an improved version of the FTZ01, downside would be the lack of filters.

Can also consider node 202, airflow for GPU is good (if add in 2 fans at GPU chamber) and there is a filter. However would recommend getting cpu coolers that ALMOST hit the limit to maximise air pull from outside the case instead of circulating the hot air

Just that the only quip I have with it is that, the allowances for cpu cooler is <83mm, which is hard to find.
So really not sure how's the airflow gonna be like for this.

i didn't realize rvz02 no dust filter.
we hav a ml08 tat is similar to rvz02 layout - looks like it has filter mesh over slits, but i haven't tried cleaning it since setup...

but the rvz03 specs look better for gaming setup...

83cm is generous

Plenty of low profile coolers to choose from..
