Decide to build an ITX system

Will be reusing RAM and HDD

PSU: Superflower 550w $129
CASE: JONSBO U2 $119
CPU COOLER: CM SEIDON 120V $88
GPU: ZOTAC GTX 970 $478

budget about 1.2k

Any other recommendation?
