Hey guys, been a long time since i kept myself updated here.

Anybody have any recommendation for itx/sfx build for gaming and some productivity(photoshop/video rendering) that could fit 1x ssd + 4x hdd?

If possible budget below 2k without os, peripherals, gfx(if can fit old full size palit 1070 in the case)

Look forward to recommendations and thanks in advance.

I think you can only consider an ITX rig since I believe SFX don't come with PCI-E slot for dedicated graphics. Unless you are looking at something with decent integrated graphics like the AMD R3 2200G or R5 2400G.

Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 ITX
R7 2700X
Corsair LPX 2x8GB 3000Mhz
Fractal Core 500(to fit all your hdd and will also fit your GTX 1070)
Corsair SF600W

if you are not going to OC, the cooler provided with the 2700x should be enough. if you can wait longer, go for the B450 chipset for better RAM compatibility.
