iWOW plans Catalist IPO​

iWOW Technology, (iWOW stands for inspiring the World of Wireless), plans a Catalist IPO and lodged its prospectus on Dec 30, 2021. The company is a technology provider specialising in integrated wireless IoT solutions as a service. Currently, iWOW provides four key solutions to its customers. A key product includes the white oval shaped trace together tokens that are in widespread use.

A second important product is iWOW’s smart metering solutions to enable remote monitoring of utilities, providing full transparency and insights into energy and water consumption within buildings. Temasek-linked companies are customers for iWOW’s smart metering solutions.

The company’s Alarm Alert System is a wireless emergency distress system that caters to the elderly, which is a rising demographic across East Asia. The fourth product is an Electronic Monitoring System to monitor ex-offenders and accused persons while they are out on bail or have been released under a remission order.

iWOW’s prospectus points to its ability to provide end-to-end IoT solutions, with products tied to megatrends and demographic tailwinds of the region as its competitive strengths, including its wireless technology IoT solutions.

Oh is it ?

I thought IPO already. plans a Catalist IPO and lodged its prospectus on Dec 30, 2021 .. hmm where to download the prospectus ? I go sgx website and cannot find

No. Wrong thought.

need to see the prospectus for the timeline.

and is prospectus for a reason. Doesn’t mean sure proceed

Now that there is a prospectus and PHS to look at, probably not. At 25c a share, very high valuation based on recent performance which, as others have pointed out above, is mainly due to TT tokens which is a sunset business. Otherwise this is like investing in a startup?

Anyway, this is a placement IPO, no public offer.

Currently able to place an order at least 1000 shares IPO in MooMoo.

But not sure worth to buy or not
