I like to share my bad experience and warn everybody of iXpress, especially ad hoc delivery jobs.

I was contacted by iXpress in mid-March, 2024, if I was interested in providing ad hoc delivery work for a foundation who provides food ration for the poor, it was supposed to be a monthly work. The parcels for March are a total of 122 parcels with 62 drop-off locations. I was to be paid $6 per location and additional $2 for parcels sent at the same location. It worked out to $6 x 62 = $372 and 60 x $2 = $120. Total $492. I was given 3 days to complete the delivery work as each parcel I weighed was 11.4kg (they told me it was 8.8kg).

I completed the delivery work in 1.5days from Mar 25 to Mar 26,2024. After a week, I see I was not paid, I asked them about it and they told me I will get paid on 14th of the month. I waited to April 14, 2024, and the payment was still not paid. I contacted again via whatsapp and was told that I will be paid on April 22nd, nothing happened. Again, on April 26th, no payment. On May 7, I told them if I don't pay by May 10, 2024, I will lodge a police report. Their reply was "Rest assured, you will be paid" but nothing happened. So on May 13, 2024, I made a police report and told them via whatsapp. The next day May 14, 2024, they told me I have been paid. I checked on my account and was paid only $206! When I complained to them, again their reply was "Rest assured, we will check on it and you will be paid". So today is May 21, 2024, and I am still not fully paid as agreed.

I actually wrote to the foundation, and they were kind enough to try and contact them about my payment. They did not reply. In fact, they told me they had already made full payment on April 11, 2024 and they paid them $707. And I was paid $206.
