there is a guy in the marketplace, selling cowon j3 8/16/32 GB.. looks reasonably priced to me.. but can be trusted or not is another issue

settled for the iaudio 10 instead.

got the 32gb one.
the salesperson didn't really know his stuff as he said the iaudio 10 sounded better than the z2.
but iaudio 10 more portable and cheaper and in the brief period i audition they sounded quite similar, mine not golden ears so cannot tell the diff.

Bo bian, he bought locally, is depends on whether the individual can wait for shipment or not.

Actually Z2 now can be had for less, ship directly from amazon, it's even cheaper than past options like from exportprive.

shipping time is one factor, warranty is another.

usually our media devices spoil after more than a year or two. by then warranty over already.

so far i didnt need to send anything for warranty yet. must be luck then

luck plays a part, the quality of product plays another part and how you take care of it plays the other part.

but then having warranty makes me feel safer when using it knowing that i can send it for repair if it spoils.
and my electronic devices do spoil within a year.
