i bought first in last week then i found this place and i read all the comments from beginning last night, it is a good project but some says that one bedder is not as good as the others bc people with kids would want to have at least two bedrooms in the resale market, but i was limited by my budget and i am single now, so,,, anyway i bought already, without going to the showflat or the actual site.....

Awesome! If you’re single then okay de. I single I also buy one bedder coz Budget constraint too. Congrats once again for getting your bachelor pad! Can enjoy the vegetable washing thing. That’s what I rmbr for JS showflat. Even 1 bedder comes with it

Even if ppl with kids would want at least 2 bedrooms, there are still many investors or other singles out there who would buy 1 bedroom units. Anyway, congrats on ur milestone of owning a property

Yo bro, Buy already don’t look back.
Different unit type target different buyers.
If got Budget, who don’t want to buy 2 bedder for investment as I feel 2 bedder is always a sweet spot for investment, cater for more future buyers.
In my younger days, due to limited Budget, on top of buying self stay unit, I also started with 1 bedder purchase for investment, doesn’t mean it’s always a lousy investment, still pretty decent in rental and cap gain.
2 bedder, 3 bedder, 4 bedder, also bought before, each time want to sell also can find buyers.

Buy at reasonable entry price and location, that’s most essential. Don’t go buy those barely cross 30-40% sales projects. Recently I saw jadescape sales starts picking up. Good for u.

Never too young to learn about property. I started when I was 6 when my parents also like to kaypo showflats. First few showflats when I went was Loyang landed, Blue Horizon, Carribean.

Early 2000s there’s tons of newly build HDB too. Almost every weekend we go to different HDB to kaypo. They got showflat too! Places like Sengkang & Punggol, tons of empty unit!
