like leg space and comfort of the seats?

All along I on Ana but this trip I’m on I still in Tokyo I tooo JAL

So the question is and answer is JAL

I prefer the extra width and legroom
And softer vs ANA

Will go JAL next time Liao I go japan again

I think JAL still using the older and aging fleet of B777 for flights to Tokyo.

Whereas for ANA they are using the newer B787 Dreamliner.

i took jal in nov, my flight timing was the new flights with touch screen. i was quite satisfied with the legroom.

ana flights have those slide forward seats? not so good for tall people. for me it's still ok.

Experience wise, every flight I took with JAL suffers from some form of delay.

Took JAL last Feb. No delay at all. Instead when I was taking SQ this Feb, lunch wasn’t served at the same time for all passengers. My mister and I had our lunch served after 2.30pm (JST), whereas a lady next to us had her lunch served at 2pm.

Ya JAL still on older fleet but it seem is

Upgraded it to looks like a 787 inside with change or led lighting and bigger IFE too not bad I feel

And it’s the first time in al my year I toook sq ANA to japan I slept wow I’m dsmm surplrised maybe due to the wider width and legroom

I think JAL still using the older and aging fleet of B777 for flights to Tokyo.

i take ANA. They are slighter more ex than JAL but you can combo SIA flights into their program and vice versa

I prefer ANA, slightly pricier, but it is a star alliance member, and you can redeem points for the flights

For me, I usually just choose whichever flight that has a better timing and price.

I'm not a frequent flyer member. So points don't matter to me.

Like for my upcoming trip. I chose JAL because they have red eye flights to Haneda Airport.

Though I've not flown on either of them yet. Like what the TS asked. I'm also interested to know which has better leg space and more comfortable seats from a neutral point of view.

Have not taken JAL as yet due to flight timing.

Most of our flights were on ANA. Good seats except not all would prefer that slide to front seat config. Service is top notch, not only in flight but also ground crew. They changed my flight without charging upon request (due to some problems that we have to travel one day later) although the booking class stated there will be charges.
