Went to Shibuya for Sushi Dinner



Was a bit late...for dinner



Place is Kurosaki

Opened by young up and coming chef in Shibuya.
Shibuya is not the typical area for high end sushi place



Sushi is best with japanese sake








And it is essential for sushi place to carry a wide range of Japanese sake

Slicing Tuna



Caught in Okinawa. Yamayuki is very famous Tuna distributor. Most high end shops will get the best tuna from Yamayuki

Not for Sumo but for Sumida Hokusai Museum dedicated to Hokusai (famous ukiyo-e)
