Tokyo back to Singapore Midnight flight back to Singapore

For my trip do I need JR Pass? For Day 6, will I have sufficient time to travel back to Tokyo ? or it is more advisable to stay in Takayama. Thanks.

You can also consider echigo-yuzawa if your family like skiing or play snow. (An hour train ride from Tokyo) can do it as day trip or overnight there.

In Hokkaido u can consider rusutsu resort. They have snow mobile, n snow trekking activities.

Day 1: Arrival at New Chitose Airport. Stay at Sapporo.
Day 2: Visit Shiroi Kiobito, Hokkaido shrine
Day 3: Visit Otaru in the morning and afternoon. Stay Sapporo
Day 4: Visit Asahikawa. Stay at Sapporo.
Day 5: Sapporo to Tomamu early train. Visit Tomamu ski resort. Stay at Tomamu.
Day 6: Morning train from Tomamu to Minami-Chitose, then Minami-Chitose to Noboribetsu. Stay at Norboribetsu hotspring town.
Day 7: Noboribetsu to Takayama
Day 8: Shin hotaka roapway. Stay Takayama
Day 9: Side trip to shirakawago then back to Takayama after that take train back to Tokyo
Day 10: Puroland, harajuku
Day 11: ueno, ameyoko, asakusa
Day 12: Disneyland
Day 13: Disneysea
Day 14: Tokyo back to Singapore

May I ask how would you be making your way from Noboribetsu to Takayama? Fly, train or ferry? Do you know if you're taking train, it's gonna take you at least 15hrs?

I will be taking domestic flight from new chitose airport to toyama then train to takayama. As advised by evilerniex bro. Thanks.

u wun need any JR pass. coz ur only long trip is from takayama to tokyo, and tt is 14k yen, not worth getting JR pass for tt.

do find out wat time is ur domestic flight. coz u still need some time to travel from ur hotspring resort to the city, then train to chitose airport.

btw, are u staying in disney resort? if not, u can consider spacing out disneyland and sea.. abit overwhelming to have both back to back. (or maybe coz i old already, cannot take too much excitement )

yes, the round trip by shinkansen from tokyo to kyoto and back is almost the cost of the 7day JR pass already

really? hmmm but i got jr pass wor. I intend to take the shinkansen to himeji, visit the castle for a bit then go to namba. I think total journey should be around 3h. I should be able to make it to my accomm by say 2pm latest, and then another 1h ride to nara.. Do you think its too close for comfort? I am totally fine starting my day early at like 7am so that I don't rush that much

idea also! actually ive been to kansai twice already, but i've never went to any other cities other than osaka and kyoto. I wanna go kansai just for a day b/c i wanted to stay in this super cool capsule hotel called "New Japan Capsule Hotel Cabana" thanks for the help korkor!!

There's way too many places to visit in Chubu - Gero Onsen/ Gujo-Hachiman/ Inuyama/ Takayama/ Kamikochi/ Gokayama/ Noto Peninsula/ Kaga Onsen/ Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route/ Nagano - Bessho/ Nozawa Onsen.
