Have you tried googling your questions?

>> Depending on road conditions, the access to 5th station might be closed if there’s snow. There’s nothing much and the shops are most likely to be closed during winter.
Change bus to Subashiri 5th Station
Spend 1 hr

>> Geisha performances? Not heard of any in Hakone.
(Is there any geisha performance nearby?)

>> Yes. From Busta Shinjuku aka Shinjuku Bus Terminal. Check online for bus time schedules.

Toyosu is much less crowded, and very organised. The famous Sushi Daiwa and Sushi Dai omakase restaurants are there. There is a viewing deck for the Tuna auction as well if you're interested.

But u prefer the traditional market vibe, then Tsukiji is the place.

3 days tokyo probably too short if it is ur first time there.
way too many places to visit in tokyo. maybe u shortlist some of the places from here:
https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2164.htmlmay be easier if u can tell us ur interest also, coz different ppl have different "must-go" places in tokyo

Gambler.
