Am surprised Japan even want him given he is a fresh graduate with nothing to show and likely dunno japanese.

The 188k yen per month is after taxes leh, so before taxes is 200+k or bout 2k sgd a month.

There’s reasons why companies outsource their tech work to that particular country and if their people comes out and work in another country, why should companies be willing to give them a job if they are asking for similar pay as the locals?

Only 1 kumgong country open it’s floodgate and let these people in, paying them good money and give them jobs while locals do PHV and food delivery.
