Urgent advice needed for 6 days Japan trip.

For data sim, should I get from Airport, shops or online order?

I think airport one comes with mifi or handset? How much to pay for rental?

Is it too late to get the data sim card or to rent the mifi when I am already at Japan?

No just go to a yodobashi or Bic Camera

Can refer to the Japan section of the hwz forums or simcardman.com

Lots of posts in Japan section of hwz forums on what type of data sim cards to get and where to get them inclusive of capacity on the data sim card

Just came back from Japan.
We bought from here:
bmobile.ne.jp/english/

Delivered to Narita Airport, just go to post office to collect.

We bought the 14 days unlimited data one (click on the product link).

If you can survive without data for a while, you can probably go to any Yodobashi store and buy a sim card there direct. It *seems* like a better deal the last time I checked.

my phone is Samsung K Zoom and my mifi is Huawei E5372s bought in Indonesia. Will these work with any sim card sold in Japan?

Any idea if go airport can on the spot buy/rent? And roughly how much to pay?

Ok you might be able to achieve 4G lte speed on your Huawei as docomo does have a 2100 lte frequency which your Huawei mifi supports assuming you are going to yodobashi or Bic Camera to buy the Japan Tourist Sim card

Your galaxy zoom has no 4G lte so 3g will definitely work
