Japan wifi device - yogofi?

Hi I'm heading to Japan next month for 12 days, and wanted to see if anyone has tried yogofi before? The rates are much cheaper than Klook / Changi ones so am more keen to go for that.

Tried roaming man for my previous Jap trip but had 4 people so more worth it, this time travelling with 2 pax so trying to see if can save a bit :)

I tried Yogofi during a trip to Thailand and it works well. Real world speeds is something in the range of 10MBPS which is super slow by Singapore standards but I also read that Thailand 4G speed is one of the slowest in the world. It's still very usable and we couldn't really tell the difference. Battery life is also better than other mobile routers I've rented.

Did you eventually try for japan? I'm going next and would love to hera your experience.
