Japanese concerts

Dunno who and where to seek help Liao..
Anyone got experience buying their concert tickets via tickebo (think they only issue electronic cellphone ticket)?
How can a foreigner buy uh if no japanese phone/credit card/address? Wanted to look for those help foreigner buy agebt but don't know if can transfer the ticket from one phone to another phone..
If cannot buy ticket think need to change itinerary Liao

Most bigger concerts have some sort allowance for overseas sales...

if you missed that one or your idol/singer does not have overseas sales, you might have to look into either getting tickets via the official fan club or online sales or even online reseller

I looking at namie amuro's concert at hiroshima. The agent say they dun buy for her concert due to eticket issuance which might be difficult to transfer to another user..

U can buy tkt at these websites listed below. But those not fan club tkt, so u b seating quite far. U can use tenso or fromjapan to get tkt. These 2 websites act as middleman.

Or if u r hardcore fan and willing to spend a bomb, juz to b closer to stage, u can try japan yahoo auction. Some fans do sell fan club tkt but selling in 4X or more expensive than original price.

from what i read, they use electronic instead of physical tickets. apply for ballots/buying of general release tickets is direct from ticketboard, nowhere else. you have to wait for general release i guess

For Jap add, you can join tenso. Tenso will provide address and telephone number. But from wat I know, there's other channel for akb overseas fans. I read it on one of the akb forum. A nice guy wrote in details on how to get their theater tkt, for overseas fans of course.

Concert tickets are sold in different stages.

1. Fanclub ballot
2. Public ballot
3. Public sales (first come first served)

*Public: as long as you have an account on eplus and other ticketing sites, you can ballot or purchase a ticket. (Think Sistic)

Eplus' second round of public ballot just ended. You can keep a look out to see if there will be a third round of public ballot.

L-tike public sales is starting tomorrow. Link here. You have to call to purchase, and any leftover tickets will go on sale at Loppi (Lawson's AXS-like machines) the following day from 12pm onwards. Not sure if you can engage any middleman services in time...


If all else fails, like what other forummers have mentioned, you can use middleman services to buy from auctions. You can also try ticket jp. A friend's DBS credit card did went through for payment. However, shipping is probably domestic only so you need a valid Japanese address to receive the ticket.


If you are really want a ticket and couldn't get one, here are some more options. I have done the first two before.

- Hold up a sign asking for tickets outside concert venue from around noon. Not sure if this practice is common and acceptable within Namie Amuro fans.

- Go to Twitter and find people who are selling tickets. There are risks involved definitely. (eg person not showing up, give fake ticket.) Be careful who you are buying from and insist on meeting face-to-face to trade.

- Buy from scalpers...

yes it should be an e-ticket.. haven't bought from this site before

Second middle agent replied saying unable to purchase since is eTicket. So I think those relatively trustworthy agents will not be buying as they understand the difficulty of transferring the eTicket.
Anyway just realise the English site allows foreigner to register while the japanese version of the site requires jp mobile and address. So I manage to apply for the draw. Hopefully can get. Thanks all.
