Approach to reset as per their email support:

It sounds like your power button might be stuck, so go ahead and try this reset, then if it doesn't end up working we can definitely get you set up with a replacement pair no problem!
Firmly but quickly press the power button 8 times, and on the 9th, hold for 5 seconds (repeat two more times)
After you've completed the 3rd round, plug your headset into your charger and let me know what color of LED you see.
If the LED is solid red, leave your headset plugged in for 2 hours, and it should work perfectly after that.
If the LED is any other color, or there is no color at all, just let me know and I'll let you know what steps will need to be taken next to get you set up with a replacement pair.
Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Try a hard reset on them.
To perform a factory reset turn them on (pairing mode is fine too) then, press and hold the volume +/- (about 8-10 seconds) at the same time until you see an orange flash and a beep. They should power off at this point with no further lights. This will reset them to factory condition wiping out any software issues and allow them to operate normally again. Now that they have been reset, you will now have to delete the profile from your device and re-connect them like new since the reset will delete any info they remembered.
If this does not fix them let me know.
