I know you live near RR so would like RR… but J’den is a lot more convenient leh, walking distance to 3 malls and amenities at the HDB… J’den if choose facing south can see Pandan Reservoir, SW can see Jurong Lake

i agree, also love the fact that theres 2 mrt lines there now already. i considered getting resale at j gateway as well

I think I will prefer the future plot from Jurong Library and also south of the MRT (let's see the bidding of the upcoming GLS), but dunno need to wait how many years

I think Capitaland will be very determined to win the white site. Afaik, CapitaLand developments don't sell cheap.

Better hope that it is not Far East or Capitaland that win the bid lol.

I think so too, Capitaland changed the usage of JCube with a bigger plan in their mind...

actually i think higher is noisier cuz i think the sound bounces up. My grandma used to stay level 14 next to the mrt track and its damn noisy. Whereas a relative's unit at level 4 (almost on par with mrt track) is almost not noisy at all

Level 14 is not high enough... the around 10-18 floor range is the noisiest. Noise level will start to drop like above Level 20... that's why i said need to stay "very high" like 30th floor kinda high

Yes location is great. Think will take some time though.

IMHO that nearby area i feel that it is very very crowded especially peak hours. Good thing is lots of food choices

given the current resale price for condos in the same district, after factoring in the premium for new launch, I would agree 25xx and above would be about the right price for this new launch
