better to buy luggage at time of booking, dun think it can get any cheaper once it is booked.
also why buy from 3rd party websai when chiu can buy direct..
did chiu read of news that airtickets not issued coz airline didnt get paid althouigh fees paid to 3rd party websai.
try this one, but dun have international baggage price after ticket booked.

also try full service airline, some have generous luggage allowance, save the hassle if just a few more $$$
jetstar famous for cancelling flight last min .. may lead to more hassle if this happens.
