Woah, it's everything he described, right down to the connectors, which looks sturdy. :s12:

I do forsee a difficulty for aftermarket cables, due to the tune-able bass option being on the cable itself.

Looking forward to reading the impressions! :)

I wonder what happened to the idea of a full titanium shell. :lick:

Perhaps too expensive to offer as an option? Or that it affects sonic quality?

But without any doubt for those are deciding to get the Roxanne will choose the new full carbon fibre shell. If estimated with the the estimated rrp together with the carbon fibre shell. It will be near 2.4K SGD WITHOUT ear impressions and shipping fees. It will be near prices of FitEar CIEMs..

Indeed, though with the tune-able bass option, it would alter the sound and literally offer the sound of more than one CIEM. Therefore, for example, it's like owning a JH13 and JH16 in one CIEM, theoretically speaking :s12:

I'm interested to see how the demo shell would look like, 12 drivers per side should be massive! :s13:

Things are definitely looking good for JHAudio with new innovation. Was hoping Jerry would offer reshelling options since talking to him during Mook. He was like, "How much are companies charging for reshelling?", "What? $300+?, I could do that." (Not exact words but fairly close.) :s13:

Yah!
If JH offers reselling, I'm sure the 2nd-hand value of their FreqPhase customs will go up.
So any buttie here aiming for this beast already? :p

The resale value would depend on the cost of reshelling, currently most CIEMs are pegged at least $300 less than their RP (assuming it is still under warranty).

Someone raised a good point about JHAudio's FreqPhase on VR, if a third party company does the reshell, would the FreqPhase technology be redundant?

I assume so, as FreqPhase relies on the length of the sound bores to deliver accurate sound at the same timing for all frequency.

I think earliest leap of faith by anyone on HWZ would be on Black Friday, I bet $1. :s13:

Assuming carbon fiber is purely cosmetic and price of USD$1,599 with 15% off on Black Friday:

USD$1,599 * 1.25 = S$1,998.75

S$1,998.75 * 0.85 = S$1,698.94

Adding S$100 for ear impression and shipping; S$1,798.94

S$1.8K still not bad for a leap of faith, not to mention the prestige of being the first to own one in Singapore :s13:

between titanium and carbon, i would think titanium is a better choice. for one its metal and not plastic.
