Moi ask before, DHL is about $80 for a small box of about (20x15x8)cm[L*B*H]...

Might as well send a new ear impression to redo the pair...

Every time refit is sure send new impressions ma. Usually they add and remove top layer for like 3 refits before redoing as a whole if I'm not wrong.

Nah, the Roxanne is too rich for me. I sent a pair of JH16 to Stereo for reshell...

Last time I send another pair of customs for them to do refit, instead they made a new pair for me...

Sound wise judge yourself as you are listening it and not others

Simple math is quality built super F Type = Jaben service, everything smooth and how long it takes.

Look at the 80% VS 20% rule, and think hard your Roxannes falls on which side

Sound wise is subjective to individual ears, quality wise is definate

If you are F rich or 富二代 go ahead if you are not think twice or even three times.

Is hard earn money we are talking about.

JH got problem now fulfilling orders. I dunno if the situation has changed but normal CIEM is like couple of months. The Roxannes is still like 8 mths or more.

Dunno if it's worth waiting so long for a earpiece like that.

So far General consensus from ppl who ordered via jaben have been very good. As for turn around time best is head to headfi for update as most of us here were early adopters who waited 2-8 months. Acrylic definitely is way way faster than CF. As for sound wise best to audition yourself cause it's totally subjective.
