You referring to mmcx connectors? Shure and westone uses them..
Thought jh is using a special type of connectors? Like those in Roxanne and Angie

I guess only JH13 and above uses the new connectors.

JH16 and below uses old Westone 2 pin. Roxanne, Angie & Layla using the new JH connector.

U wan ur Jin Ho audio become Hong Gan audio, by all means try to reshell to fit ur 'industry standard' connectors lor :o

i mean the ear shape model, how to send over if you buy during bf sale? pay first then send over? use singpost courier?

Check with JH Audio.
I believe you place your order and make payment first. After which they will provide the ship-to address for your ear impressions.

Ear impressions and shipping charges to them would be out of your own pocket if you choose to order directly. At the very least pay for shipping with tracking for added peace of mind.

1) Order and pay at JH website. They will send you confirmation email.
2) Make appointment at local audiologist to have your ear impressions done.
3) Mail out your impressions via speedpost/dhl/fedex and email JH your tracking info.
4) Wait few weeks for JH to send you good news. If you ordered during black friday expect waiting time to be much longer.

Or

You can just pay more at Jaben and they settle 1-3 for you. And if any refit is required Jaben will bare the cost.
