its very hard to find a job now

people from 30s, 40s all have risk of unemployment anytime
its no longer 50s

ya.. thats why must get the BTO fast and pay off fast.
after that... do part time gig also can survive if no children

in singapore, there is no such thing as u working a job u truly love.

i would say 90% here the unlucky ones, is just working for the sake of survival, study in the course that can fetch in more money

but are they really happy? i dont think so, our money not easy to earn, our work hours are long, our office politics is toxic everywhere,

the only happy time is when salary bank in day, after that rinse n repeat, slog to work everyday.

i like the job. i just hate the people in the team with the job

avoid them the best but can't progress only lo but then again where i am and where i grad from also is pigeon holed already.

just work lo and f off . can work but no screw up is at most no big bonus .

the most is perm convert back to contract due to restructuring
