Might not be for everyone. But one thing i see is that Will is not doing it slow enough.
His rest days not enough probably (he is not on roids, so no superhuman recovery).

Luckily for me, i think there is evidence that i am responding, at least "beginner gains" with this HIT low volume high recovery regimen. (though not a beginner at strength/building muscles)
Technically now i will get to a bit of DOMs, and by the second rest day the DOMs would be quite low already, then i rest a further 2 more days, ie 4 days total.
No more 6 days a day, 2-3 sets, alternate days for same muscle group. (actually compound movements also means whacking the same muscle group daily, just different intensities for same muscle and definitely that means same muscle way below failure)

KLSCM they runners also kaobei bloody warm, last sunday same as F1.

This one last year one i think

salute to those who completed KLSCM in such conditions. i wonder how will top pro tennis players and marathoners feel and perform in SG/MY current conditions.
Last night watched Djokovic match with Z Bergs live on app, can really see Djokovic struggled at every point especially when he was made to run forward and backwards. Recovery after strenuous burst of energy gets significantly slower as we age.

Reporting from Sapporo Mitsui outlet park
ASICS Novablast 5 approx S$125 after 10% tax deduction and additional 5% coupon discount. But no Superblast nor Megablast 😂

first run (12km@7min/km pace) in my newly acquired ASICS Novablast 5. In short, not my kind of shoe, soft, cushy but slow responsive, kind of clunky although its relatively light. Upon going through The Run Testers reviews on this pair, i agree with them largely and I am suspecting maybe the previous version (more responsive midsole) will suit me better. Anyway, lets see how it performs as i spend more time running in it.

I see reviews mostly very positive about this shoe, so I bought.

But I wear liao quite disappointed, is soft but abit too squishy for me. I feel like I sink in but dont pop back up enough.

I just tried it out recently actually, unfortunately no treadmill. Just didnt post coz nowadays not a shoe nut already, got any shoe i put on and run liao and anyway i not super long distance runner.

Coz my wife wants a new shoe, she is on NB3 but already like 400km so about time to look for a new one.

But seems not much different from in feel from Novablast 3, which i was also wearing at that time lol. So left and right leg simultaneous comparision. Maybe you are right, even the previous previous FF Blast+ lagi more responsive. Yeah of coz the rocker geometry a bit different but that's coz of the cutting of the midsole for the different geometry....but seriously slower paces 6:00 and above i dont think much of any difference in reality also....coz roll simi.

I think at most just a sideways lateral difference rather than any real/true performance gain.

If want really at least "something different" shoes, need the new china hyperlight shoes

You can try this style as well. Chair is there for safety esp for those who dont want to do other variants (like the second vid)

Instead of chain around your neck or hands with dumbells/kettlebells, just loop those long 2.1m resistance bands, choose the latex ones 乳胶 for better elongation properties / elasticity.
Anyway i think the Decathlon ones are latex. The TPU ones also can but slightly different elongation properties and dont stretch as long.

I just got some latex ones, previously was TPU. Checkout on the TB app, i think website cant check out, dont know why
For eg, the 48kg one (32mm width) with 1 end of the loop around your leg and the other end looped over your shoulders measured about 11kg of resistance. If you want extra resistance when you wanna progressive overload as you progress in strength, use an addition circular loop on your legs so as to shorten the band, latex has very good elasticity one so can do this....TPU also can but not as stretchy and you'd hit the limit for stretch slightly earlier.

Appreciate your review. Think I won't like it as well due to lack of energy return.

Reminds me of NB Fresh Foam V13 kept in cold storage.

Recently self poisoning myself on Qiaodan Leili and Plaid Leili. Both non plated and supposed to be soft and bouncy.

Also Dowin 神行者3. Plated soft bouncy.

Maybe wait for 11.11. 😄

Research say doesn't matter. But I do it before my run, coz it the most convenient for me to hydrate myself pre run together with creatine.
Avoid taking with coffee, can affect absorbtion.

6pm+ finish run. After dinner, I take Creatine with whey protein and L-citrulline. Plain water.

Good for bulking up but will gain weight and some visceral fat.

Recently I tried stopping Creatine for awhile. Seems like working and abs more defined. Might be placebo.

Still keen to get it if I can get it a very low price like <$120. Ever Since I bought NB2 at $110, didn't get updated to later version coz they never got to the price point I am willing to buy.

i suspect NB4 will be a better buy and will be cheaper since its an outgoing model
