Actually for lao lang esp those with driving experience, best to not use maps / GPS. Heck even no driving exp around SG roads, still best not to rely, just enjoy the journey. Not asking you to do that in MY of coz.
Even those towns like Bukit Batok / Jurong East / Jurong West st can be trained, and is good training coz those towns esp JW is no joke and how it patches with Old LCK rd, brickland, Hong Kah, Bukit Batok/Tengah. (sometimes can detour when you are doing LCK / west side)

For my father who has very mild MCI (mild cognitive impairment, as per polyclinic and specialist), i always make him move around and "explore" here and there. Like now SGH, lots of reno, he has to make his own way there via walking, 35 mins each way, every day.

It's the same thing with those assist walkers, wheelchairs. Solve the root cause (it's not gonna be easy, but we all know too well that is doable one), not use bandaids.

30kmh 76 to 85 bpm.
Dont know how to train to even somewhat near that level tho..... (eg below 100bpm / Z1 @ 30kmh)

It's just like the running pros running at 3:45 and still able to hold onto a can of beer and chit chat

quite normal , i go to races, the speed is 40kph but at the back all talking nonsense de.

Used a new shoe (Brooks Glycerin GTS 20) to replace my dying Gel Kayano 30. Hope the shoe lasts

Yea it's not difficult when drafting a huge-ass peloton or behind a bus/truck even tho 4-5 car lengths away and hands on the brakes (no need to stick right up to it, dangerous la). but really totally different ball game when solo or even with few pax in front in a disorganzied manner and bigger distances between riders.

Still, i think with a big ass bus in front of me and i sticking right up to it, i 100% wont be able to do 75-85 bpm @ 30. Coz i have experimented with strong tailwinds before at Bay East Garden @ even ~ 25kmh recreational type riding within PCN limit... no such thing as 70+bpm. But 90 bpm, yes.
When solo and still relatively fresh/not hot, my 30kmh is approx 110-115bpm. My lowest resting HR in the morning i hit high 40s.

76-85bpm, i think literally all recreational type walkers normal pace walking already bpm higher than this. Heck some people sit down in aircon conditions already 75 bpm possibly over 80bpm 🤣 ....like my colleague who sometimes hit over 90 sitting down (just late 30s only  ) but he is rather unfit ba.
