taking a break in my morning run after 15km. Wanted to do a HM but tak boleh tahan. 1degC feels like -2degC. my nose is sniffling. Fantastic clear blue sky and plenty of sunshine. Replenishing with some electrolytes now
Take it easy and add oil. 💪

yah, thats y i stopped as i was feeling a strain on my right thigh muscles after yesterday morning 100 squats work out. Despite the break and electrolyte replenishement, my 2nd part of the run to complete HM distance, cramps starts kicking in by 19km. walked for another 0.5 before slowly picked up the pace. Finally completed HM distance today on my 小鲶
