The Li Ning red hare 9 pro and fei dian 6c are going very cheap pdd. Many 3rd party sellers selling at the low $40s for the 9 pro and low $50 or high $40 for the 6c.

Palmar cooling, forehands too

For them it could make a difference. MDVP lost by 0.31 seconds to Pogacar in a recent Individual Time Trial (23.4 km distance).

Use is got use........ actuallyi was also contemplating to check my testosterone levels and see if can boost or not.
But after i looked at the monthly costs + pte doc consultation, mai la mai la wa mai.
This level is actually ok and even healthy to a good extent.

Then after that is the sorta mid tier users.

And final boss is those who abuse until heart attack and early death etc.

As long as slower run 6-7 mins is fine. Zero pain.

But fast strides 100m to 200m. Some niggle the next day. Resting one day is enough to recover to zero.

Don't dare to do intervals yet. Maybe start with 5.45 pace for 1km only and observe.

This past week not feeling great so only ran 1 day. Maybe ate too much durians and world cup late nights. 😂

Gonna do slow runs from tomorrow and probably try the interval next week.

Sounds pretty decent and happy to hear that.....good chance that it hasnt reached the tendonisis stage. I think just continue doing whatever that doesnt cause you pain one ie slower runs, do it for 6 months.
I think even strides best not to do now, much less intervals. 2-3 months later check again with strides.
Also then prehab with strength and maybe a few months later some plyo to strengthen that PF/AT pathway....these 2 actually same same but different but still the same with many shared causes / triggers.

If itchy for speed, just go cycling to keep the brain happy ba. You can keep your neuro/fast twitch muscles happy, even though it is not specific to running, but better than none.

Use AI again.

Recovering from severe plantar fasciitis typically takes 3 to 6 months of consistent conservative treatment. However, for long-standing or chronic cases that have lasted a year or more, full tissue remodeling and structural repair can require 6 to 12 months. [1, 2, 3]
