This is my current gels for long runs. Their jello texture very nice. Very sweet, but not as sweet as winsport.10.22 for 10 sticks of gel.

I always consumed gu gel as it was cheap to get from Amazon sg. Same thought as you . Very sweet and thick. No way to eat without water .
