LOL, I would get the Evo SL for trying something new and so hyped. You already know how's PB5.0.
Yeah purely following the hype train hahaha.

Ok la I also need a LSD shoe to replace my NB supercomp trainer v2 from 2 years ago

You need to wear and try out both of them to feel what really suits you

I was trying out both boost 5 and prima and even though boost 5 was cheaper and more value for $$$, I ended up purchasing the prima instead because it suits my feet better instead
To be honest, you can't tell when trying out running shoes one unless for sizing.

Performance wise, they need to break in for you to be able judge. So most people are just buying off based on reviews haha

I will post again if the actual day's peak heat index temperature surpasses 42 deg C. If it gets over 43/44 deg C then really do take note. For those running before 9pm and after 8am.
That would be a very decent indication for the night and next morning.

See if heng or not like last week, see SCDF ambulan @ MBS areas.

I agree with you to a certain extend

Usually I shortlist the ones that I have a higher chance of getting and try them on plus I actually do walks and light runs just to get a rough feel of things

I honestly think this is still better than just relying on reviews

At the end of the day, we do whatever we can first and then aim for the best case scenario thereafter lol 😆

Total 3 turns hahaha. Did a 1940 there 2 weeks ago but only recorded on my watch as I arrived like 5 mins after they flagged off
Does the turns greatly affect the momentum? I look at their route, they are literally a full U-Turn.

For me,it affect a bit but that was my first time there 2 weeks ago.I speed up a bit after each u turn. And my goal was just to get sub 20 so whenever I look at my watch and the pace was sub 4, I was pretty contented liao haha.

Now aiming sub 1930,so need to do a 356/km or either go fast at start and end fast. My kryptonite always my 4km,I tend to slow down that stretch.

They are full turns. Maybe other runners not affected but for me I feel I have to slow down to execute the turn, could be because I am bigger size haha. I ran the 2nd event. Got 20:03 and they told me if I ran at ECP sure sub 20 haha. Recently I have sub 20 so I am satisfied alr.

Must look at Friday then.
The "issue" is that SW direction winds are like that, esp slower SW direction winds. From Sumatra and passing over the water. And then Sun, Mon are variable, all the hot stuff already blown over + stuck + less clouds =

One U-turn. Other wise is straight. Can be a fast one, if I recall this area is also flat.

Yes it is a bit shorter. Indoor gps always cranky one. Think actual distance about 2.3? Nonetheless, still a good timing
