Which apple watch?

I have a cheap Huawei GT Runner, only $130 that time on offer in Shopee. Bro Ender shared info in which youtubers did somewhat scientific tests and found it to be nearly at the top (take that info with a small grain of salt, i just take it as it is as i am not ngeow).
I do TTs along same routes and the variation literally is just 20-40m or so for 5k so 40m is pretty acceptable for the top end. At my rooftop which i run quite a fair bit (zero blockage from satellites), per 800m per standard round, variation ranges from none to 10m at most which is within margin error coz it involves six 90 deg corners per round so depending on how you cut them there should be differences.

If the same 400m you are talking about is a stadium;s running track, then the variation might be wierd, though i guess some watches is like that.
Series 9.
I think I got the answer .

“GPS only records every few seconds. This results in it missing some of the distance you run in corners since the watch draws a straight line between points.”

when I look at my data , is really the case especially on curves where it cuts in deeply .
this will under report the distance and cause the reported pace to slow .

The weather these few days scorching hot. Even when I run in the evening, also perspire like mad.Top to bottom all drenched

Last nite i cycled got busoh...... already washed armpits before going out. And came back gotta wash helmet (already washed last Sunday), coz i tilt my head down and the helmet airflow gets breathed in i could smell my head/hair lol .
Sigh. 60k Z2 + 3 x 1.5k of VO2Max effort only.

Washed and dried the top and this morning smelled armpit area still a bit busoh, re-washed again. Heng is extremely easy to dry, these tops.

Yeah, the u-turns and sharp corners prob. Some are better than others of coz. Best to do things as straight line as possible if relying on GPS.

luckily i run around 11pm... not so hot
I got a question, are you able to sleep well after the run at 11pm?

Last time, I got a period of time when I used to run at 9pm. During my sleeping time at 11.30pm to 12pm, I can't fall asleep. Read up articles online and it's due to Adrenaline. After that, I don't really run at night liao.

this run is one of the worst i had, had a tough time controlling my HR below 135. Had to walk twice to keep it down. Felt worse and more strenuous than my HM! Whole body drenched.

Heat index temp 31 deg but at 90% RH starting to get uncomfy liao.

Still better than here in SG tho..... SG here 36 deg C Heat index just now morning 8.30am.

Saw so many wet chickens full grind mode just now. Wet until like swimming.

My kid cycling with good airflow also face red red, took 2X aircon break (MBS and Maap LaB, washed faced MBS toilet and full wet the top)

Going to get 30pcs to try.
Sea ship 47rmb, minus 20rmb voucher (12 noon one). Too bad dont have free sea ship with rmb 199.

Each satchet only S$1....45g of carbs......is like double that of others from SIS, Maurten etc.

Similar in value to 1 can of $1 discounted drink from 7-11 (not much carbs also nowadays since they reduced the HFCS % and using artificial sweeteners partially liao
)
Always see this on Alvinawwy channel (sponsored)

If i am not terribly wrong , this is TW brand.

body has yet to acclimatize from winter to summer
quite significant cardiac drift
initially thought could be due to atmospheric pressure, but after checking, it was only around 1004hPa, which is not high at all.
me also wet chicken, shoes totally soaked.
