Yeah, kind of same like piano practice. Cannot just dump into one day to make up for the rest of non running days.

Maybe try running more days but limit to 5 km per run and run at a pace that you feel comfortable?

He did a faster 59 seconds 400m the first time round but the vid was in time lapse.

This uncle power. (y)

This week I tried 12 x sprints. Distance marker 250m but Corus says 230m.

Fastest 53s. Lose to uncle by a big margin. :s13:

I did felt like I don't know how to sprint. Need to figure out and optimize my gait. 🤔 😅

Maybe if you got the need for speed, try 69 metres first.

Very good for neuro conditioning, that's my take.

Been sprinting for like 4 years liao, sometimes more sometimes less. (now less lol)

Any recommendation for glue to glue back a piece of sole that partially came off? Shoes still have another decent 300km to go. Thank you.

Ya I'm gonna try shorter distance like 100m. To get more of the feel and control.

Right now, seem like out of control after 150m. :s13:

Will try again on Tuesday or Wednesday.
