I am still debating whether to do 5km slow with marathon or just marathon or half and 10km. Seems like this year all got medals.

Big jump in pricing for the 1st tier starting tomorrow. Stange is know they have a FM + HM combo category? How does one run these two races? Traditional HM and FM starts at the same time. No way one can run the two race.

NVM just checked price of doubleup. Not paying that much extra to do a 5km

Ok signed up for just marathon with standard chartered card discount is 116.45 total
It good to have SCB credit, the discount is a lot. Too bad I don't have one. But I still run this race yearly.
Hope you choose Pen B this time. Less crowded, starts earlier.

My training will ramp up after June. Now my training is to take care of Eco Run in June.

Hoping this year if have slope it's only sheares and that they scrap WCH
They should swap the order WCH and ECP . ECP is more forgiving with the shades from the tress in the late morning sun. From last year run, after 9am, the sun can be terrible if you under direct hit for a long duration.

arr. this changes might be to cater for more FM at the start line? Both FM and HM categories have the most runners. Either we see a less crowded start line without the HM runners or they open up more slots for the FM and we still get packed.

Long overdue change. Most big marathon overseas don’t start their FM and HM at the same time. Should aim to clear all the FM runners through the starting line by 15 minutes.

Think i confirmed already, not going to join the OCBC 40km ride. I dont think my kid is interested also.
Many of the routes i/we have done many many times already, every week.......only remaining part is the MCE tunnel i think (most mentioned it's bloody hot in there)
Waste money only and not cheap, like 80 dollars for only 40k
