Then you can actually train at 4.16/km. Probably 4k x 4 (2 min jog rest between sets) at 4.16 min/km, you can try this

Quite a lot of ppl predict her to run 47.9. For her to run her PB at 47.78 in her first year running 400m, most likely can set WR as she gets better with the 400.

i think as she will transition to flat 400m as she ages. At the moment i think her target is to achieve WR for 400m flat. After that, really depends on her motivation.
