Damn shiok, but too bad, SG no space.
Listened to similar @ adelphi showroom and was hooked. Forgot which track but hotel california was standard, there was one famous song with huge dynamics, wah lan.



huge dynamics and sudden swing of dynamics need appropriate space, amplification and speakers. No such luxury lol

Interesting, Wall sit also can do single leg, never thought of that before......




Just tried the single leg wall sit. F, really stresses the quads and then the glutes.

Right leg, 63 seconds - i think can do a bit more like 5-10 seconds more, but i wanted to test the left
Left leg, 48 seconds - really pushing to failure and legs shaking already.

Even though been training with bulgarian split squats (ie single leg), still got slight imbalance.
But srsly, i shdnt be surprised, coz i do 1-2 reps less for my left leg vs my right

Another fella's. Really rubbish durability for a very expensive shoe (and not the sole eg). Im still running in my Novablast 3 and Speed 3/EP3/Plaid 1/Rebel 3, last pair of DN2, bounce still largely there. And i dont see how Plaid 1.0 is not as soft as AF3.

Srsly, cant imagine the feeling if it happens during a longer marathon

Interesting.

Though it's influenza content, still interesting to follow. Reason being she does not know how to swim and also does not know how to do do road biking.

She did London last year and Berlin this year, can't remember her timing but is 4 hrs plus

Ironman 70.3 and even full distance, interestingly, differs from T100 in which T100 needs open water swim competency while Ironman does not need any proof. ie if you drown, you drown. Esp if the marshals missed you having problems and are slow to come to you.

Apparently, she also does not know how to bike (ie bike handling), other than plodding around in city share bikes.

Just for reference.....i know you are not going 120, but i mean next time when you are running faster, you might be wanting to do 90.
Been on probiotics for the past 3 years actually (California Gold Nutrition on iherb, 3rd party tested) . Got help or not, i am not sure. But for sure i shiat every day. 🤣

Story :

2 days ago (tue) i was testing 120g/hr on the way back from Pasir Ris/Loyang. I went there coz my mother wanted vid of my kid's school camp. :unsure::whistle: "Fasted ride", didnt cook soba noodles or eat anything and i forgot to buy bananas the day earlier, coz needed to start early as i intend to zone 2 from my place to there, bo bian also coz i needed to reach there by 7am and then also return joruney need to be just in time to go to work.

So technically my liver no glycogen liao coz i didnt carb load, , muscle glycogen shd still be relatively full.

Came back that time from Loyang and i drank the 2 x 500ml of Honey Lemon Kang Shi Fu as liquid nutrition along the way. Bo bian, frigging surgey and basically "fartlek intervals" along Pasir Ris (nightmare actually) and then Upp Serangoon, Aljunied Rd back as i took the left lane , only issue is that you need to accelerate and maintain speeds that cars/buses dont horn coz of peak hour.

No GI issue or discomfort or stitch. Technically is 57g x 2 bottles, but liquid nutrition, plus some plain water to wash away the after taste sometimes. (anyway was sweating crazily)

Personal note: really need to (1) dissolve nicely and swish in the mouth if dry scooping (2) break into 2 or even 3 doses daily to get to 10-15g. If not sure GI terok one, or even lao sai (my kid)

65s lap. Pace for a 13:30 5k
Her 5k PB is 14:51.

The other 2 girls doing 70s lap.
Last lap the dyed hair girl surged for the last 200m for a 62s lap and got her calves cooked and cramped.

Can’t tell if it is a tampering thing or the weather has been pretty terrible lately even during evening. Can’t muster much energy for my runs.. my eco run is going to be in trouble 🥲

Either that or underfueling or recovery vs fatigue accumulated over the past few weeks imbalance.
Just do a deload weekend/few days to remove any excess accumulated fatigue and early part of next week, eat nicely with all sufficient macros and sleep nicely (quality sleep).

Forgot, can try to eat more papayas. Might be lack of K. Also can try a bit of iron, from liver or even iron supplements (not much of issue if dont exceed 20mg/day for just a week or so).
