I think I know why XN ponds so badly. Cos there are quite a few holes under the the heel and mid of the midsole. It sort of acts like a reservoir when you are dripping sweat.
I just cut up my shoes cos the upper ripped at the pinkie toe area after this morning's long run. Plus the outsole already botak on both my left and right on the usual high friction areas and it gets very slippery. when shoe is dripping wet. It was a value for money shoe but I will not be getting another pair.

For those who interested in adidas evo SL. Changi city point is also having sale at $156.. ( slightly more expensive than adidas shop online ) however there are quite a few colour to choose from. Beside that u can also try the size too .

This was how I spend labour day yesterday. After drop off my wife at the airport . I went to Changi city point ..went home and changed my running attire immediately and ran a 21.1km. no need to work on labour day but running has to be done!

Did a 18km+ tempo run at ECP this morning in under 1h 27mins.
Still amazed at AP3's ability to hold pace. I have done 1km/2km/5km repeats, 15k TT, 30km LSD and even a FM. This shoe just eats it all up! It also does faster 5:30 pace easy runs too. And it doesn't beat up the legs too.

I was at changi city point adidas and the staff told me that EVo SL is not included for 3 for 50% discount. Fixed ar $156
