Bo bian, Running in the afternoon, very high UV index, got to cover every where. By his dressin, he still has exposed skin to radiation, so not adequate. That's why you see grass cutters or grab riders cover up every where coz they got to work under the noon sun.
Plan to run when the sun is down or at least at a low angle (early mroning or late evening) where UV are coming at a low angle and most get reflected.

can't understand such extreme weather needs to cover up so much. Shouldn't be less coverings over the body and cover at strategic parts (eg. cap to have shades over eyes). exposed skin just use sunblock.

Yar looks good on paper. Features behind paywall seems like mainly A.I. coaching which isnt necessary when you have free to use alternatives available online. Wait for proper reviews to see if the sensors and tracking are accurate.

Differences between Premium and free to use

Go learn cycling ba....... i think you would be able to dish out quite a lot of raw watts. Size matters.
Out of the 3 disciplines, this is the most exciting. With the running base, folks usually pick up fast and can excel in cycling.

For me i dont know for what reason, a bit difficult to put on muscle.
Even my kid's improvements beat me.
