Is that cheap? I dont rly eat fastfood 1..

1 suppose count sgd1.5 ea pc chicken is okay.

I only rmbr kfc whole chicken like rm30 or something
It is NOT chip.
It is super duper cheap.
I paid Rm31 which is less than S$10
For 3 pieces of chicken
1 S coldslaw
1 S masked potatoes
1 M drink
Added a cheesy wedges.
Just nice for 1 person.

If you are big eater, go for the buddy meal with 5 pieces of chicken, 3 drinks and 2 chicken rice at Rm29.99 which is less than S$10. This promotional price is only available from 12 pm to 3 pm. Tomorrow I m going for it. Might be too much for one pax. Can keep the chicken rice and 2 pieces of chicken for dinner. S$10 to eat for 2 meals is super duper chip chip boy.

Last month I bought the 6 pieces bucket for Rm50 twice for dinner with a potatoes bowl included that has Mashed potatoes with cheese sour cream and 6 pieces of their popcorn chicken etc.

Comparatively, the buddy meals with 5 pieces of chicken at Rm29.99 is super deal.

Hmm i thinking to go back liao still no see transaction come

New bus so good. Now i can afford to go sutera on weekend.

Stupid tho. They dont even wait 10sec. The moment all alight bus zao. So many old ppl seated down at jordan cafe rush they also dont care.

Jn 2 bus come tgt. Noone step into the busy road to stop the bus. If i didnt step up, 10ppl gonna blindly watch bus drive away lol
I think that is the no waiting area , when I was that I saw the security guard was asking one of the car that stay too long dropping of passenger to hurry up.

I believe if the bus stop too long, maybe they will shift the bus stop away further down the road than it becomes inconvienent , so everyone should play their part, they can sit at the patio just before the driveway, if they relax at Jordan cafe than they have to keep a look out this is just my opinion .

Sutera Mall?

If so, that driveway is a no-waiting zone. Just pickup and drive off, as you've noticed the security officers will ask the vehicles to move off especially when any bus is arriving. Yes, even these buses have to move off after dropping and picking up.

Looking at the recent change in bus services, I think there's one that starts from the nearby terminal. Cannot confirm since I haven't been there to check. But if it's what I think it is, there's a terminal across the road left of the mall, and that particular service starts and ends there.

PreC19 CW4 used to do that before they moved to TUTA Terminal.

Yes Sutera Mall

Yes now the J34 new route drop off and pick up at the driveway that is why I think they managed to get an agreement with the Mall but if this is "abused" ie bus stop too long as passengers take too long to board than they may change the bus stop to further down the road, that is what I trying to say.

Using that driveway for buses to drop off and pick up is not new, CW3S and CW4 still do that to/fro 2nd Link. Even school and tour buses do that, just that they've to make sure their passengers are all ready to board before they can drive in.

So nothing new for J34. So long as it's in operation, it'll be allowed to pick up whatever passengers are there boarding. They're however not allowed to wait for any other passengers not in sight.

I think the mall needs the bus more than their no-waiting area.

They should carve out a rectangle at the circle for bus drop-off only.

J34 ridership is definitely not profitable for the bus operator. Prolly co-paid by sutera management.

The driver just lazy. Both buses came tgt empty and both tried to drive off without stopping at all.
I needed to stand infront and block the bus to flag the 2nd bus down.

The ppl were seated at the public bench by jordan cafe.

I am new to JB, only started exploring it during the last 2 months.

Over this two months I found that the bus drivers were very very helpful ,

many a time I see passengers while the bus is moving they approach them to ask about direction and which bus stop should they drop off or when boarding they ask whether the bus would stop there.

For me I prefer to research all this beforehand or ask the counter at JB central terminal so as not to hold back or inconvenience other passengers.

You are right, most likely the Sutera management maybe have arrangement with the operator just like the new bus to Toppen/Ikea.

Anyway everyone has their own opinion just hope that this new routes continued to operate this same way which i find it more convenient than the T series of buses.

All arrangement for CW buses to stop at mall or condo comes with a Price Tag monthly. 😂

So far havent use the CW buses to the mall, maybe next year will try and research and check them out.

One of the reasons I come to this thread is to learn from those experienced and regular travelers to JB.

Many claimed that Malaysia's KFC is nicer than ours. What's your opinion?
Any kfc store in jb beats sg kfc many many times.
Ever since I tasted jb kfc, I have stopped eating sg kfc.
I personally feel the jb kfc uses fresh local chicken and this account for the better quality n taste.
Sg uses frozen chicken as we import everything we eat.

Thank you, coz I hardly touch SG KFC and in Malaysia, save for the old branch in Holiday Plaza, have only gone to the JB Sentral and then Southkey ones and thought it's so much better than ours here.

Opinion coming from a regular. (y)
