2 days ago, I started feeling a bit giddy at midnite.

Last nite too felt giddy until this morning.
After breakfast, the giddiness was gone.

So I went to make appointment for my tcm massage as I was at Bedok central vicinity.

By noon, I felt the giddiness came back and told them I wanted to cancel the appointment.
The lady who always do the massage for me told me that my giddiness was due to the blockages in my acu points and insisted I should go ahead.
I did and am glad she is right and good.
Now I m free from giddiness.

It was true that my blood circulation has always been problematic with absolutely Zero exercise.
If you feel like blackout, better see a doctor not TCM.
Blackout could be a sign of heart problem.
My wife experience it and after all the checks, she need to implant pacemaker. This was 5 years ago.

Maybe if got other stuff to do there then will consider going :o Thanks!
Couple of months back I took a Grab ride from Sutera (happened to be there) to Kulai, stopping at Cowboy before going to AEON Kulai Mall. Nothing, just a maiden DIY trip to Kulai, having gone there a few times before tagging along with friends.

Another route in my consideration is bus J30 from JB Sentral to Kulai Bus Terminal, then Grab to Kepala Sawit Wall Murals area to look-see and especially have my Thunder Tea Rice. TBC

when was your last medical checkup? dont keep believing in placebos. there are no scientific evidence for "acupoints" or "qi"

What causes blockage in acu points though ?

Quite important for seniors to make a point to move every other day. Sometimes my mum copes up at home feeling too lazy to get out and when she finally made an effort to do so, even if it's just to walk a few rounds the block to get some sunshine, I could see the difference in her face and the energy she gained.

Today went to NSK Pandan again, this time I walked over to next door MidasMart~

From outside it looks under whelming but inside there's more customers than NSK~

It's a like a big warehouse with many shops & stalls, foodcourt, wet market inside~ MidasMart occupied the biggest area~ there's a car wash too~ :s22:

So far all the massages I had, most of them complained that my body is very “hard= acu points block”

The massage therapist said acu points blockages will lead to rising of blood pressure n giddiness. She only massage at a few points of your body, not like the normal one that rub your whole body. It is excessively painful but effective.

After she mentioned it, I was reminded the 2 in patients at Columbia hospital was for my exceedingly high blood pressure with giddiness.
Same kind of giddiness.

This time round I didn’t measure my blood pressure but trusted her words as she did heal my pain in my legs.

True enough.
I have been free of giddiness and back to my normal self since the massage.

I can confirm tcm massage does relieve pain and clear blockages of acu points when carried out by truly trained professionals.

Not any Chinese massages.
Must be genuinely trained.

In all these years of massages I had, I find only this Bedok gal is genuinely trained in tcm.

I found her by chance. In my causal conversation with an aunty sharing table, she recommended me to try her massage as she shared her leg pain was healed by her.

@Andrew833 may be your wife can give it a try.

I love collecting antique furniture etc.

My friends are correct that it is time to clear them and not leave to the offspring’s who can’t appreciate them.

The concept of acupoints is purely placebo so idk how you even know your "acupoints" are blocked in the first place.
However the relief of body tension does improve dizziness/headaches.

What you mentioned is prolly in the domain of chiropractor alrdy. Things like tuina etc all is same concept of attemptimg to shift your nerves to avoid pinching.

Things like baguan/guasha/cupping also all placebo bs. Heck, even bloodletting has more scientific foundation lol. Having lesser blood decrease blood pressure

Take mrt to kranji mrt then take bus to sg custom, after which take bus cross bridge to jb custom, walk to jb sentral and take local bus to your paradigm mall.

if u want most convenient, stay hyatt itself, since it just at the mall. :o
thank you. no more availability for my travel dates. any more hotels near paradigm?
or near jb city square (what are the better ones)?

From JB sentral, take bus T30, T31, T32, read the sign board for confirmation. You have to alight opposite Paradigm Mall then take the bridge to cross over.
Hotel only 1, Hyatt Place. There are 2 condo with many airbnb, Paradigm Residence and The Platino.
thank you. the bus trip should take 25-30min?
