Anyone using Joie car seats for your baby or toddler?

Would like to check if any one skipped the one for infant and purchased the baby seat for older toddlers instead?

Think infant one can sit until 1-2 yrs old oso.

Just got this car seat, but it looks really big for a newborn (About 3 weeks old now). Is it safe for baby to sit inside?
