JPJ打击霸王车服务 10豪华休旅车及客货车被扣

吉隆坡陆路交通局昨日在市中心展开大规模取缔行动，成功瓦解一个专门向外国游客提供非法载送服务的“黑车集团”，并当场充公10辆豪华休旅车与客货车。

吉隆坡陆路交通局局长哈米迪指出，这项行动从上午10时持续至午夜，重点锁定武吉免登路、燕美路及苏丹依斯迈路等游客密集地带。行动期间，共有10辆交通工具被扣押。

“这些车辆涉及多项违法行为，包括滥用路税、无陆路公共交通机构（APAD）执照运营，以及司机未持合法驾驶执照。”

更令执法人员惊讶的是，10名涉案司机中，有5人竟是外籍人士，来自孟加拉、也门、印度及苏丹等国。

“当局扣查时，他们正准备载送35名外国游客前往机场或各大旅游景点，这些游客来自中国、加拿大、巴基斯坦、孟加拉、印度、巴勒斯坦与伊拉克。”

哈米迪透露，这些非法包车业者除了提供载送，还推出“交通+住宿”配套，其中吉隆坡往返马六甲的行程收费高达2100令吉，价格与合法旅行社相差甚远。

他指出，这些司机常在酒店区徘徊招揽生意，尤其在中午12时退房高峰期，趁游客离开时主动推销包车服务。

哈米迪提醒，所有持牌旅游公司务必确保旗下车辆具备合法公共服务交通执照，以免被视为协助非法营运。

他强调，陆路交通局将援引《1987年陆路交通法令》第80条文及《2010年陆路公共交通法令》第16（1）条文，严厉对付涉案司机与车辆拥有者，誓言全面铲除非法载客活动。
