Yup, I just did it last night. U purchase the JR pass with $18 off, immediately u get a promo code for the next $18 off which u can use on your next purchase with min $150 spending. I.e u need to purchase seperately.

You can give Dynasty Travel a direct call to enquire about JR pass , they can do it within 20 minutes and collect on the spot and sometime comes with free Japan data sim card as promotion free gift.

No reason for me to choose Klook &go Shenton to collect.
I will collect on departing @ Changi Airport
