yeah alvin, i feel for you... mine is out of unit numbers for March and May too... sigh...

Just sharing with u guys.. it was my first time applying a flat in BTO , i had my eyes on SK , applied for it den i went bugis temple to pray to get picked and with a front no. Surprisingly , i gotten no.15 , i donno is it concidence or wat , u guys might try.

SOBF prices is the same as BTO price or more costly?

SOBF prices will be higher than BTO price due to the fact that they are much faster to collect keys and the price is benchmark to the resale market, without the COV.

today newspaper got info on redeveloping bedok central, along bedok north street 1...but looking at map, bedok bto seems far from bedok mrt?

also anyone has price indication for bedok 5rm bto?

from Bedok BTO location to bus stop takes like 2~3 min walk.
Bedok MRT is 3 bus stops away (est 500m walk).
BTO is location very close to the bedok stadium, walking distance to fengshan wet market and hawker centre (famous for bak chor mee, and other reallllly cheap local food). BTO is also located next to Anglican High School.

Before fall, will cm stabalise, then probably will fall, who knows how many years that is gonna span over. If there is a place that you like and within your budget, just go for it ... Flats in mature estates are not easy to cm by. If there is no under-supply, u think HDB will release so land/flats in mature estate?

Why jul one esp mature estates how come 3 & 4 rooms nia??? The areas got 5 rooms right. So now Hdb reducing 5rooms flat? The resale flats r expensive ard these area.. Guess that's why no 5rooms
Normally does Hdb cater a blk to SA? Or it's a mix of SA & 3 rooms?

I think they are actually the same plot of land.. I went to see the July BTO CCK site.. directly facing the Keat Hong shopping centre..
The whole plot of land now is in the midst of construction.. I think they are piling the foundation.. cos it used to be a forest area & army camp..

Keat Hong Pride is nearer to KJE.
CCK Jul BTO is nearer to Teck Whye.

I can't tell which one is better though..
