It means that the "number" you got was way out of their quota, hence no queue number issued and deemed unsuccessful.

If this is ur first time rejecting, no worry, there is no penalty.
If it is ur 2nd time, still no worry.... u lost your first timer priority and become 2nd timer.
Nothing is worst than if u go down for appt, make a booking and paid the 2k but end up, u wanted to change ur mind and cancel off. U will be banned 1 year buying from hdb.

where is your area of selection? KW (MT/BL)?

so if first time rejecting, I can still get to buy BTO twice in my lifetime considering that there is no changes to e guidelines? can someone enlighten me on this thanks

My queue number this time is 10XX out of 572 4-room flats.

This is quite disappointing
