Me! But the Q-number isn't very good (Out of the range but below 500).. Was indicated that we will be given a selection date but i guess that only lower level units will be available.

3rd attempt already.. Getting very very depressed.. :(

Got a queue number towards the back of queue... If we give up this number, is there any penalty for first time applcants..applying for first time

this is my 3rd attempt, but 1st time at non-mature estate... listened to my fiancee's advice to get 5rm cos may have lesser first timers vying for it.... when i see that there's over 2K people applying, i tot no chance liao.... so quite heng.

I think yr chances will accumulate so maybe next one more hope... was gonna aim the AMK one most likely...

previously i got a num out of range but there are available units on my appt date, i choose to forgo the appt.
i did receive a letter after that, it says though i rejected once, but out of good will as my num was out of range n limited units left, they will not count as 1 rejection.

2 rejections will result in having your 1st timer status becoming 2nd timer for 1 year period.

nope.. no feel for mi too.. i dont like north side.. tamp is too far from mrt.. kallang is too messy for my liking.. =(

Btw, does the queue number takes into account of the 5 percent allotment for 2nd timer?

i got queue number at bm 4rm no. 435. This kind of number, will i be able to get a unit that i want? Hm... Total of 396 units.
