Hi! I got q no 380+ for BM. Tried SOBF in early mar this yr, but no chance. So no choice but to try for this jul bto. I'm staying at BM at my parents place, so 4 chances. But y my no. So BIG?! Anyway congrats on ur gd q no.

I'm first timer to BTO...queue number 23+ for Keat Hong Axis... this consider good number?

i got queue no 30 at clementi gateway.. but i got a problem now , i have not ROM yet.. To get HLE loan must get rom first, right?

And i check the ROM available date which in nov , is enough time? or i should give up?

no need to ROM to apply HLE. Also on the 1st appointment, only need to pay the $2000 dollars and apply HLE during that time. 2nd appointment, sign of lease alos no need ROM.. only at the later stage wen u need to collect keys, need the HLE again and ROM cert

You got a very good queue number, which stack/unit are you going for?

U must look at the floor plan. It tells u where the windows are facing.

you may join facebook page for keat hong axis which was created by applicants on 31 jul12.

that is a open group,some members have applied keat hong pride also but have a bad number ,so they tried to applied keat hong axis and created a new open group .
