4 room.. still no news

what the funny thing of HDB hotline. i called them again ,they ask my ic my husband ic and DOB then told me haven`t out yet.and 3d model haven`t out also.

who can be believed from HDB service line?

really?? why so contradicting??? seriously, they should create a script, so that they can stop making us confuse. :s8:

you can safely say so as my partner will want to build a walk-in wardrobe. haha

Hmm... why not make another room into a built-in wardrobe instead? So u can enjoy the balcony with worrying abt the bedroom space?

I will choose balcony :) Provided the floor & unit I want still available. :)

Me too. But worried that the balcony part will be very dirty n you can't leave the balcony doors open at night to let the wind in. U know what I mean? Not old hdb when u can leave the windows open when u dun feel like switching on the air con.

U mean those old hdb the balcony is not those railing want but those half cover de?

I also thought of that, if raining how. Sure all wet.. ~.~
But I still want to get a balcony. :D

No no. I mean old hdb normal bedroom windows where u can leave them open all the time. But the cascadia balcony u have to keep it close all the time

The booklet didn't state the exact size. From the picture can roughly tell it's abt 2-3person standing space.

HDB has just replied my email, as follows:

We are in the midst of preparing for the selection of flats at Keat Hong Axis (Choa Chu Kang). Based on our tentative schedule, the selection for the 5-room flats at Keat Hong Axis (Choa Chu Kang) will start on 13 Sep 2012 and your selection appointment will likely falls in 3rd/4th week of Sep 2012 (between 20 - 25 Sep 2012), with your queue number of xx.

We will send you the invitation package containing details of your selection appointment as soon as they are ready.

I will suggest that you write an email to them too.
Becos u have the same issue as me, the reservist.

Tell them ur concerns, they will be able to provide you with ur likely selection date.

Btw, 4 room and 5 room selecting period might start concurrently.
I think it is best you get a reply from them directly
