me too will opt out! i realised OCS for July BTOs are more expensive than those in BTO May all across the board. HDB is charging everything higher and more nowadays..

Since Nov 2011, all premium and standard bto floor tiles have become optional. You must choose whether to opt in or out.

Log into myhdb, and check new flat status, at the bottom u shld be able to see.

we tried for punggol in May and the number we got was horrendous, anyway cck will be better as both our parents home are nearby which will be good.

punggol houses are so much nicer as compared to the rest.

Back from my selection;paid for the option fees etc but may be giving up coz AHG may not be granted to mepast 1 year I got 2-3months no work.later Gota make few trips back to x co to ask them write down my salary from 2010 till now...haix

Why wanna give up bcos of the grant?? Thought the AHG will only be a 5-10k different? Wasted on ur deposit and gd nbr

My ahg 30k arh,can be used to offset the bal 10% & stamp fees etc...haix no choice de=.=sad now...Gota go find my x employers etc then submit the ahg see if they can grant me mah,don't really have high hope though=.=

My income is between 2001-2500 mah so my ahg is like 30k...I applied as a divorcee...anyway thanks for your encouragement

Clementi Gateway 4-room: 30 selected out of 35 queue number. I'm surprised by the attrition rate.

All the good -117 units have been chosen. Looks like I'll be picking -119 units with setting sun, and paying the same price as -117...
