The main draw is the block is facing south and high floor units might have sea view. 117 is more popular than 119 because of no afternoon sun. Whereas 208B is likely to face another high rise development in future thus no view even if u take high floor

ah, thanks for the clarification! I've just noticed too that 117 units will be shielded by the afternoon sun. Looks like some websites online doing the analysis work are quite influential on selection patterns, heh.

Actually 208B 4rm is nicer view than 208A 4rm...it can see more nature than HDB flats....i have not enough money to buy if i have...i buy 208B 3rm at least behind still can see bt timah hill... and u can see the booklet photo is on 208B instead of 208A.

I strongly believe 208B will be blocked, otherwise there's no reason why it is priced much lower. Anyway I chose 208A because it is confirmed unblocked, and paid a premium for it. Hope my guess is correct.

How can we check if HDB can loan us to how many % of the purchase price of the flat?
Is it during our selection date, they will do all this calculation?

Is it from there, we can based on the loan amt to decide if we want to pay the option fee?
