Don't need to be a fortune teller, but you can expect Bukit Merah to be many many times oversubscribed! I'm just interested to see the pricing that HDB decides for the 4-rm flats. I would expect starting prices to be atleast $450K.

U can use ghim moh edge (Nov 2012 bto for queenstown) prices as a gauge.. 4 room starts from $450k, and that its only for second floor, expect the prices to be around $500k for mid floors.

No need to wait. I can tell you now that prices will be 100% above $400K. Even so, this BTO will be many times oversubscribed. Huat ah HDB!

and if I apply BTO, issue Q no. went appointment but give up during the unit selection due to prefer unit taken. consider 1 try?

You can gauge from the price of Bukit merah in July bto 2012. It starts from 430k to 550k for 4 room. Plus the site in 2013 is slightly better than Telok Blangah Ridgeview.

Yes, no queue number, not considered 1 try.
For 2nd and 3rd qn.. Is the same.. Will be considered as 1 try. But if u can check the available unit before u go down ar.. If taken le, u still want to go down..? To chit chat with officer?
