Chillax brothers. All here to help TS. Sometimes advices given might not be correct but it is ok. If cannot handle the heat, there is always ignore list.

Anyway there is free and activated version of Windows 10 somewhere if you are hardworking enough. I like Korean Maple Story, do you?

I do have a dead laptop lying around somewhere. I havealready installed a window 10.iso file in the new pc. Will it just accept the old win7 laptop key into win10?

If you want keep the Win7 retail key, then use the key from the dead laptop to activate your Win 10.
